Your new companyHays are working with a reputable business in Shrewsbury who are looking for an experienced Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role supporting the Senior Leadership team with general administration duties.Your new roleAs an Administrator your role will be varied with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team. Duties will involve:* Communicating with Financial Advisers and clients.* Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.* Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions.* Processing of payments clients.* Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.* Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems.* General record keeping and electronic filing.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be considered for this role you will need experience in the following:* Previous administration experience is essential - additional training will be provided.* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.* Ability to type preferred but not essential.* Good attention to detail, maintaining accuracy when completing written and numerical based tasks.* Able to prioritise workload and identify when they need support to achieve goals.* Flexible and reliable team member and willing to support more junior and senior members of the team as required.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
