An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role will involve supporting projects through all RIBA stages, from initial conceptual design through to detailed planning and technical drawings. The successful candidate will have the chance to further develop their skills alongside a supportive and experienced team, with the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including rural and agricultural designs that are integral to the region.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications needed for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 1 and 2 degrees or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with client communication and liaison.
  • Experience with measured building surveys, conceptual design, and feasibility studies.
  • Ability to prepare planning and technical drawings, produce specifications, and assist with tendering processes.
  • Gain valuable on-site experience and contribute to project management tasks.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Strong IT literacy, with knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident client liaison.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to undertake site visits, including driving to various locations.
