Our client an established company who are experiencing exceptional growth, they are now looking to recruit additional Internal B2B Sales Executive to join their team. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme and opportunity for continued personal and professional training and development

Internal Sales Executive Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in within a similar role doing Internal sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Ability to develop a personal sales strategy with aptitude and motivation for closing deals with new clients and building long term client relationships;
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Willingness to deal with client enquiries over the telephone.
  • Enthusiastic and willing, with a strong team player attitude.
  • Good administration and organisation skills to coordinate own time;
  • Experience of managing and monitoring the sales process through a CRM system

Internal Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Exceed sales targets to drive company revenue
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Update and maintain CRM customer data
  • Sell the story and help to establish greater awareness of the business within it’s chosen markets of activity positioning company as an automatic choice by understanding fully our services and offerings and how these services can assist their business.
  • Take necessary actions to resolve queries or issues raised by new or existing clients.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively alongside the sales team to ensure all sales targets and objectives are met.
  • Maintain close working relationship with all internal stakeholders to ensure administrative matters are dealt with as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
