Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new role starting ASAP? My client, a well-established company based in Shrewsbury is urgently seeking a skilled finance individual to join their accounts team on an interim basis.
Job Spec:
- Processing invoices and matching them to purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Managing the payment run process, ensuring all payments are made on time
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams in a professional and timely manner
- Data Input and excel maintenance
Person Spec:
- Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar accounts role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
