Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new role starting ASAP? My client, a well-established company based in Shrewsbury is urgently seeking a skilled finance individual to join their accounts team on an interim basis.

Job Spec:

  • Processing invoices and matching them to purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Managing the payment run process, ensuring all payments are made on time
  • Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams in a professional and timely manner
  • Data Input and excel maintenance

Person Spec:

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar accounts role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
