Our client is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their team in Shrewsbury, specializing in both first fix and second fix carpentry within modular pods. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced carpenter to work on a permanent, full-time basis with a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out first fix and second fix carpentry work within modular pod environments.
- Install shower rails and other internal fittings with precision and quality.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
