A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to work with a leading Education Hospitality and Leisure provider within the private sector as a Chef.
As part of the kitchen team reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for providing a good standard of dining experience in a fast-paced environment doing high-volume covers, creating delicious and nutritional meals.
Responsibilities include - food storage, stock organisation , cost control, preparing, cooking, serving and cleaning up . Working to high standards and strict guidelines, carrying out audit checks and meeting Government regulations.
This role is permanent, covering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, (covering 2 out of the 3 shifts a day)

42 hours over 5 days.
You will have:
- Previous kitchen experience is essential
- Level 3 award in Food Safety
- Supervisory experience.
- Enjoys the buzz of working in a busy kitchen as part of a fun and friendly team
- Personable & approachable with excellent communication skills
- Willing to work towards excellent knowledge of food hygiene & handling dietary requirements
