We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a hugely successful £multi-million operation, part of an expanding group. You might also be a sous chef keen to step up.

HEAD CHEF - IS THIS YOU?

• Experience as a Head Chef in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced serving all fresh food menus
  
• Passion for cooking with fresh produce - core menu experience will be a bonus
  
• A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
• A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team
  
• Financially astute - managing GPs', stock, costs, budgets, wastage and labour

HEAD CHEF - YOU WILL:

• Manage all day to day kitchen operations in a hands-on capacity
  
• Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
• Prepare and cook the all fresh company core menu
  
• Work closely with the FOH team
  
• Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
