In this role, you will:
- Optimize and scale up processes in organic and polymer chemistry, contributing to the company's goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
- Validate processes through meticulous data analysis and statistical reporting while adhering to a comprehensive Quality System.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- A University Degree in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or a related field, with hands-on laboratory experience in process optimization and technology deployment.
