Are you a passionate and driven Business Development Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's most respected outdoor lifestyle brands?

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join a successful team at a company that has been at the forefront of creating versatile, handcrafted barbecue and firebowl products for over 20 years. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding their customer base and driving sales growth across the UK.

Business Development Manager responsibilities:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Managing a team of 2 field sales agents, ensuring they hit targets and provide top-notch customer service

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through a proactive approach to business development

  • Conducting client visits, product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service

  • Collaborating closely with the senior management team to deliver growth strategies

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the outdoor lifestyle, BBQ, or related sectors

  • A passion for outdoor living, barbecues, and firebowl products

  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in leading and motivating a sales team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • A self-starter with the drive to succeed in a competitive environment
