You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimise digital marketing, enhance the website experience, and maximise online revenue.Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Strategy & Commercial Performance- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive growth across direct-to-consumer platforms and online marketplaces.
- Enhance website UX, product merchandising, and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI across digital channels
- Oversee day-to-day website management, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Lead paid and organic digital marketing (PPC, SEO, email, and social media) to increase traffic and conversions.
- Develop a CRM and email marketing strategy to drive retention and loyalty.
- Manage social media strategy and collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content.
- Analyse campaign performance and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies for web development, digital marketing, and design.
- Collaborate with buying, sales, and customer service teams to align online activity with broader business goals.
- Track key e-commerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms to drive strategic decisions.
- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce management, ideally within retail or a product-based industry.
- Strong understanding of Shopify (or similar platforms like Magento or Woo Commerce), UX best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive online revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Experience working with external agencies for marketing, development, and design.
- Commercially astute, with an analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
