Job role / duties •Ensure existing customer value is maximised through constant appraising of product and services•Prepare quotations and ensure accuracy•Record all conversations and quotes and ensure the follow is diarised and actioned•Using the CRM, ensure the sales pipeline is managed and maintained in order to drive revenue forward•Ensure reports are comprehensive and sent on time for analysis•Ensure all marketing opportunities are acted upon•Keep up to date with customer needs and competitor analysis to ring-fence business opportunities•Attend customer site where necessary to ensure relationships are maintained and sales opportunities are maximisedTo be considered for this role you MUST:•Want to work in a busy team environment•Possess exceptional written & verbal communication skills•Be able to build rapport quickly•Have a business focused attitude•Understand the importance of account management up and & cross selling•Have excellent presentation skills** you must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship **For more information and to apply for this role call Jayne on .
