Are you passionate about sustainability and customer service? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join the Acorn Waste Management team at their Shropshire site.

Acorn Waste Management is a leader in providing responsible, sustainable, and cost-effective waste management solutions. As a Customer Service Advisor, you play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with both customers and suppliers, contributing to the success of Acorn Waste Management's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with new and prospective clients.

Identify customer needs by obtaining accurate information.

Process inquiries quickly and efficiently.

Liaise with service providers to ensure timely responses and delivery.

Take ownership and resolve queries and complaints.

Maintain systems, including CRM, coordinating with colleagues where required.

Ideal Candidates Will:

Be excellent communicators and listeners, adept at obtaining and relaying information accurately.

Possess good IT skills.

Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring data is entered concisely and correctly.
