We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations at our clients sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the site, maintaining safety standards, and managing a team effectively.
They carry out a diverse range of projects in multiple sectors including healthcare, education and commercial, and are leading providers to UK Healthcare Imaging suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of employees on-site to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Oversee daily operations and address any issues that arise promptly
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to assess site conditions and compliance with regulations
- Prepare reports on site performance, including productivity and safety metrics
- Train new employees on site procedures and safety guidelines
