An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary fast-paced credit controller to support a dynamic team for 2 months for multi-site credit control.
The aim will be to understand current processes, adapt current reporting and focus on aged debt collections whilst conversing with and supporting staff members and customers on account queries.
You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable working in an open plan office, have experience working with a wide range of customers and can resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
This is a full time position - Monday to Friday 8-5pm (40hr week)
Duties include
- Aged Debt collection
- Process understanding
- Reporting on debts
- Customer account support
- Reviewing credit applications and new account openings
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3 or more years in an active credit control role.
Knowledge & Technical skills
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to trouble shoot effectively
- A high level of proficiency in Excel is a requirement to be successful in this role
- Confident communicator
