Description
- Overseeing the entire credit control process
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Collaborating with the finance team to implement effective financial policies
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints related to billing
- Creating monthly reports on credit control activities
- Supporting other members of the accounting team as needed
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
