Are you an Architectural CAD Technician that is well-versed in Revit/BIM looking for a role in a growing independent housing company that offers progression, a company vehicle and an array of company benefits?

On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a successful residential luxury property developer that is based around Shropshire and is growing significantly every year, this company is leading the way in home development, specialising in a diverse range of residential properties, from traditional homes to contemporary designs.

In this varied role, you will create house type drawing packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and NHBC standards. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to gather third-party supplier information and detail packages. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing Designer Risk Assessments, managing technical information, and ensuring Health and Safety compliance. This position offers a working schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 3:00 PM finish on Fridays.

This role is suited to an Architectural CAD Technician looking to become an integral part of the growth of an independent housing company that offers progression, a company vehicle and company benefits.

The Role:

• Create House Type Drawing Packages
• Collaborate with Internal Departments
• Ensure Health and Safety Compliance

The Person:

• HNC in Architectural Technology or similar
• Strong CAD Skills (Revit/BIM)
• Drawing Production and Design Knowledge
