The Role - Setting out Engineer

• Producing TOPO Surveys on Site UK-wide
• Setting out, levelling, critical dimensions, and locations on site UK-wide to both local and global coordinates
• Scanning of existing and new site locations and install areas using our Leica scanner (full training provided)
• Working with site plans, drawings, and building information models
• Liaising with site management & designers to ensure plans and drawings are current & accurate.

What our client is looking for in a Setting Out Engineer

• Extensive experience in Civils and Structural construction. ESSENTIAL
• Experience in using CAD systems
• In-date CSCS Card
• Full valid driving license
• Must be happy to work away for long-duration projects
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Good computer skills and be able to use different software and systems
