As a Specialist Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored educational programs that meet the needs of our students. Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).* Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure pupils continue to develop.* Ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages learning.* Manage students behaviours, ensuring to follow the schools policies.
