Experience with energy reduction and improvement of facilities management & Building Services Systems (HVAC, Utilities & Electrical)

The Opportunity:

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a senior building services engineer, project manager, facilities manager, senior engineer, project engineer or similar skilled professional who has experience improving the energy efficiencies of building services / FM systems.

These systems are both mechanical (HVAC) and electrical, so ideally we are looking for an engineer who has experience with all FM and building services systems across a busy commercial, industrial or manufacturing site.

Living in the West Midlands or within an easy commutable distance, you will have relevant qualifications and be a dedicated engineer who can manage projects, identify areas for improvement and have the knowledge to recommend new and improved systems.
