Our client, an 'Independent' firm of Chartered Financial Planners now requires an additional Administrator to join their established and friendly team. Working alongside a number of consultants, the successful candidate should have proven experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of processing Pension & Investment applications. Working as part of a highly experienced team, providing support to the advisers and in conjunction with the Paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients. Duties will include;

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise client data for illustrations
  • Process new business
  • Prepare letters of authority for client policy information
  • Answer calls and deal with clients and third-party queries
  • Produce quotations
  • Manage task lists and prioritise workload within deadlines
  • Regularly communicate and update clients
  • Schedule and manage adviser diaries for client meetings and ensure the relevant paperwork is prepared.
  • Update the CRM system
  • Ensure that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements

Essential criteria

  • Experience working in financial services
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and organise
  • Working knowledge of investment platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail

Remuneration and Benefits

  • 20 days holiday plus birthday day off and Christmas/New Year period
  • After 5 years holiday increases incrementally to 30 days over 5 years
