Production Operative

Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a company local to the Telford area. This role will be working days, Monday to Friday although this could change to 4 on 4 off in the future. This role has the potential to be a permanent position from day one.

Duties
- Managing food production lines within a team of people
- Ensuring all health and safety measures are met
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards
- Reporting any defects/ issues to management
- Utilise food production knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery

Requirements
- Previous experience within food production is needed
- Ability to work well within a team and on their own.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
