You’ll be working with two Mortgage Advisers, offering protection solutions to clients who are already primed for your services.The Protection Broker Role:As a Protection Broker, you will focus on securing protection policies for clients referred by the Mortgage Advisers and managing out-of-clawback protection leads. This role allows you to work from home, with only a monthly visit to Shrewsbury for team collaboration. The position is ideal for someone located within 80 miles of Shrewsbury, providing flexibility without sacrificing team connection.Protection Broker Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored protection advice to clients in need of life, critical illness, and income protection products.
• Work closely with two Mortgage Advisers to offer protection solutions to their clients.
• Manage out-of-clawback protection leads, ensuring policies are maintained and adjusted as necessary.
• Keep up to date with the latest protection products and regulations to provide accurate and informed advice.
• Maintain exceptional communication and service standards, ensuring clients understand the protection products available to them.

The Protection Broker Package:

• Salary: up to £30k
• Commission: Tiered up to 25% uncapped & Annual Bonus!
• Location: Work from home with a monthly visit to Shrewsbury for team collaboration.

Protection Broker Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Protection Broker with a solid track record of sales and client service.
• Strong knowledge of life, critical illness, and income protection products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively in a remote working environment.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and ensure protection solutions are tailored to client needs.
