Duties and Responsibilities required:
- Manage direct reports and provides feedback to enhance performance
- Organise & deliver regular 1:1’s, setting clear personal goals
- Develop team members to their full potential by dedicating time to supporting employees through coaching and shared knowledge
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients & provide exceptional service
- Contribute to the achievement of team performance
- Effective planning of work to facilitate team members
- Actively seek advisory opportunities from existing clients
- Develop new business referral pipeline from existing client portfolio
Skills and experience required:
- Fully or part-qualified with ACCA/ ACA
- Strong technical understanding of accounting standards
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills
