Duties and Responsibilities required:

  • Manage direct reports and provides feedback to enhance performance
  • Organise & deliver regular 1:1’s, setting clear personal goals
  • Develop team members to their full potential by dedicating time to supporting employees through coaching and shared knowledge
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients & provide exceptional service
  • Contribute to the achievement of team performance
  • Effective planning of work to facilitate team members
  • Actively seek advisory opportunities from existing clients
  • Develop new business referral pipeline from existing client portfolio

Skills and experience required:

  • Fully or part-qualified with ACCA/ ACA
  • Strong technical understanding of accounting standards
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
