In this role, you will be responsible for managing the compliance and advisory needs of a portfolio of personal tax clients and trusts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within an accountancy practice, specifically in a tax-based role.   • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client assignments, meeting turnaround targets and deadlines.
  • Produce and complete relevant tax returns for your portfolio of clients with precision.
  • Identify and assist with tax advisory projects as requested.
  • Foster positive client relationships, providing exceptional standards of client care.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings, delivering expert guidance and advice.
  • Engage and onboard new clients successfully.
  • Stay updated with changes in UK Tax legislation and their implications for clients.
  • Train and mentor team members within the department.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with the tax team and colleagues.
 Role Requirements:
  • Proven capability in a similar tax-based role.
  • Strong interest in business and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Possession of a full driving license.
