Description

As Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in management of day to day administration, providing support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks such as:

  • Communicating with Financial Advisers and clients
  • Preparing and processing all new client documentation and amendments
  • Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions
  • ISA subscriptions and transfers
  • Processing of payments
  • Liaising with business support team regarding administration of client accounts
  • Ensuring all client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems

Profile

As Financial Services Administrator, you must have:

  • Experience ideally in a financial services administration role or a graduate who is looking to break into the industry
  • Wealth management background would be preferable but not essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service mindset
