Job Role: Paraplanner
Location: Shrewsbury - Office Based with 1-day WFH after probation
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for providing one on one support to a specific advisor and client bank, really building on genuine relationships and providing an exceptional service. You will write reports conduct research and produce cashflow models. The ideal candidate pays strong attention to detail, be analytical and work with a high level of communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the appropriate information to produce cashflow forecasts.
- Carry out research on a variety of products and providers.
- Ensure alignment with FCA regulations.
- Prepare complex financial planning reports and calculations.
- Build genuine client relationships and provide professional support across Advisors, other Paraplanners, Client, Providers and other colleagues.
About You
- Level 4 Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
- Competent with financial systems such as Defaqto, FE Analytics, Selectapension, and CashCalc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to compose professional and bespoke content for reports and client communications.
