Cover Supervisor Opportunity

Excell Supply is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across various schools. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers or individuals who believe they have the skills and passion to lead a classroom. As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee a classroom, follow lesson plans, and manage student behaviour in a supportive and engaging environment. No formal teaching qualifications are required for this position.

Willingness to cover a range of subjects and age groups

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to classes across a variety of subjects

Ensuring adherence to the school behaviour management policies

Engaging all students and providing additional support where needed

Following safeguarding procedures and regulations

Working with Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
