Workman's Recruitment is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a skilled multi-trader to join a dynamic team within a medium-sized housing association.
As a multi-trader, you will perform reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied domestic properties, primarily catering to individuals with disabilities or learning abilities. Effective communication and a calm demeanor are essential for success in this role.
Location:
You will be traveling across Chester, Buckley, Wrexham, Worcester, Shrewsbury, Gloucester, and Stoke-on-Trent, with occasional work in Wales (around 6-7 properties, but not frequently).
Desired Skillset & Responsibilities:
- Kitchen/Bathroom Fitting
- Door/Lock Replacements
- Painting/Decorating
- Fitting Doors
- Patch Plastering
- Plumbing
- Logging and signing off jobs via a PDA.
- Collaborate closely with tenants, planners, and schedulers.
Requirements:
- Full UK Manual Driving License
- Experience in a maintenance or multi-trade position
- Previous experience in the social housing sector (preferred but not essential)
- City & Guilds or NVQ in a specific trade (preferred but not essential)
