The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop essential life skills.
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
* Facilitate outdoor activities and encourage students to participate in physical education and outdoor learning experiences.
* Help create a positive and encouraging classroom environment.
* Support students during social activities and break times, fostering positive interactions.
* Monitor and report on student progress, working collaboratively with the teaching team.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
* A comfort level with outdoor activities and an enthusiasm for encouraging students to engage in physical and outdoor learning.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are advantageous but not essential.
