As part of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car family, a business that has grown into the largest global mobility provider in the world with almost 2 million vehicles worldwide, our Flex-E-Rent team provides flexible rental solutions to businesses across the UK.
As part of our ongoing expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Head Office team in Shrewsbury.
This is an office-based role, reporting to the HR Generalists and will provide comprehensive support with all administration responsibilities. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for employees at our Head Office and incoming communications to the HR department.
Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and in line with our data privacy policies will be essential in this role.

Here at Enterprise Flex-E-Rent we currently have four Mental Health First Aiders on hand to listen, guide and support our employees during their careers.
Responsibilities
- Complete new hires and termination processes in line with Group expectations
- Provide a great new-hire experience through the onboarding process - supporting the HR team with all onboarding including timely new hire documentation and organising Right to Work checks etc
- Data processing including updating HR systems Workday and Dayforce, uploading driving licence data on Licence-Link, and creating ad hoc reports as required
- Management of the probationary review process
- Supporting absence management processes including the Bradford Factor Process and monitoring Return to Works
- Assist with ensuring we are legally compliant with GDPR including abiding by the retention policy of employee information and ensure we are compliant with Company audit expectations
- Assisting with monthly payroll data which will include starters, transfers & leavers
- Participate in HR projects as required
- Supporting the management of the shared HR inbox as directed
- Overall support of the HR admin function for both UK and Ireland employees
- Ad hoc reception cover as required which will include processing daily post
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- High level of integrity in managing confidential information
- Strong time management skills and proven ability to prioritize tasks in order meet strict deadlines
- Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Sound Excel skills and able to manage large amounts of data
- Commitment to Enterprise and its principles and standards
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make educated decisions
- Strong, independent work ethic with significant attention to detail
- Ability to consistently project-manage initiatives from inception to completion
Please note that this position will be based on site at our Head Office in Shrewsbury Monday to Friday.
