HR Administrator

You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, ensuring that the company's human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing the employee experience.
Responsibilities Included:
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Obtaining references
- Compliance (right to work checks and documents)
- Support inductions
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Level 3 CIPD would be desirable but not essential
- A strong administrator with a goal to move into HR
