Our warehouse team in Shrewsbury plays a key role in ensuring our products reach customers promptly and accurately. We are now looking for a dedicated Warehouse General Operative to join thisteam.
Job Role
As a Warehouse General Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Picking and Packing Orders: Accurately pick and pack products according to order requirements.
- Stock Management: Maintain and manage stock levels, including restocking and organizing items.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- General Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in picking, packing, and stock handling.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team to meet daily goals.
- Physical Fitness: This role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of 11.50 - 12.00.
- Consistent day shift, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
