The company operates in the real estate sector and has expanded its planning and development team to meet high demand, reflecting its active involvement in property development projects.

The Role as a Graduate Town Planner:

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
  • Conduct research and support the development of planning strategies.
  • Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Help assess the impact of developments on communities and the environment.
  • Stay up to date with planning policies and regulations.

About You as a Graduate Town Planner:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
