COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – LOCUM, 4+ PQE, SHROPSHIRE, CIRCA £45 per hour (DOE). A well-established firm is seeking an immediately available commercial property solicitor to join their team on a locum basis for approximately six months, with the possibility of extension. JOB REF: 7193•The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work. You will be advising clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.•This is a full-time, office-based position, but the firm is open to offering part-time hours for the right candidate.•Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in handling Commercial Property matters, demonstrating an enthusiastic and proactive approach.
