About the Role
Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working within a collaborative team on various matters including:
- Landlord and tenant
- Development
- Sales and acquisitions
- Leases
- Woodlands
- Agricultural Property
- Telecoms
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to really establish themselves in a well-regarded legal practice and build up their own, loyal network.
Hours and benefits
- Working hours 37 per week - 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday
- Starting with 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Healthcare with Westfield Health from day 1
- Life cover (after 2 years' service)

The candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant PQE, can work well within a close-knit team and can work well under pressure

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required. The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills and level of PQE.
