- Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims;
- Attending Employment Tribunals
- Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements, advising on settlement agreements and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary;
- Developing ties with local businesses.
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.
- Areas of focus but not limited to: ACAS early conciliation, Employment tribunal claims, Holiday queries, Disciplinary matters, Grievances, Medical incapability, Performance issues, Bullying and harassment.
- At least 2 years PQE.
- Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of employment matters
- Proficiency: Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver excellent client service.
