Employment Solicitor – Shrewsbury
NQ – 3 years
My client, a Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a newly qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic Employment team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the team while managing your own caseload.
The Role:Â
- You will have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a solid background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, representing both respondents and claimants
- You will have a commercial mindset, the ability to meet deadlines efficiently and a strong focus on file management and client care
About You:
- You will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service
- You will be adept at managing multiple cases simultaneously, possess exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to achieving excellence
- You will have a proactive approach to business development and marketing activities, including participation in social & networking events to support the team and the firm’s growth
Hours of Work & Benefits:
- This full-time position is based at the firm’s Shrewsbury office
