Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims;
  • Attending Employment Tribunals
  • Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements, advising on settlement agreements and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary;
  • Developing ties with local businesses.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Areas of focus but not limited to: ACAS early conciliation, Employment tribunal claims, Holiday queries, Disciplinary matters, Grievances, Medical incapability, Performance issues, Bullying and harassment.
 What we need from you:
  • At least 2 years PQE.
  • Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of employment matters
  • Proficiency: Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver excellent client service.
