My client are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the team whilst also taking on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters of their own.I am assisting a highly regarded, and quickly expanding firm in their search for a head of residential property. My client are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the team whilst also taking on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters of their own.The successful candidate will be closely supported by the firms' senior leadership team, and so this is a fantastic opportunity for both solicitors ready to take their first formal steps into leadership, and experienced managers.Responsibilities will include:
  • Running a caseload of high-value residential sales and purchases
  • Taking on the more complex residential conveyancing matters
  • Supervising and managing a team of conveyancers of varied experience levels
  • Assisting with the training of trainees and paralegals
