Based in Shrewsbury, you’ll work closely with the department’s leadership to drive growth, deliver strategic goals, and provide exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing Private Client matters with precision and professionalism.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
  • Achieving and exceeding billing targets.
  • Maintaining compliance with the firm’s policies, including Lexcel standards.
  • Identifying and pursuing fee-earning and business development opportunities.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in law and practice to ensure top-tier legal advice.
  • Contributing to the department’s marketing and growth initiatives.
We’re looking for an ambitious and experiences Legal Executive with:
  • Extensive PQE in Private Client work.
  • Preferably, STEP accreditation.
  • A deep understanding of the legal market and a track record of business development.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
  • The ability to manage your own caseload and meet financial objectives.
