Preferred Requirements:
  • Possess 2+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
  • Demonstrable experience with Asset Protection Trusts and Lifetime Discretionary Trusts.
  • Qualification with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is desirable, although not essential.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to managing a busy workload and meeting demanding deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A qualified legal executive or solicitor with specialised focus on trust matters.
  • Experience in supervising junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team ethos.
  • A proactive approach to business development, keen to expand your professional reputation within the marketplace.
