Preferred Requirements:

Possess 2+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
Demonstrable experience with Asset Protection Trusts and Lifetime Discretionary Trusts.
Qualification with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is desirable, although not essential.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
