The firm is seeking a Qualified Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a caseload primarily focused on Trusts.
The position offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
This full-time role includes hybrid working options, allowing employees to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload of private client matters
Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals

Ensuring the department meets its targets and maintains high standards of service
Supporting the firm in business development and growth initiatives

What we need from you:

2 year+ PQE private client solicitor/ legal executive
Strong knowledge Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.
STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
A keen pro-active approach to business development along with expanding your reputation within the market place is also required.
