An outstanding property management company is on the lookout for their newest member of the company secretary department! This role has occurred due to more internal promotions, so if you're looking for future career growth - this could be a step in the right direction!

This role is about supporting the legal and admin side of managing residential buildings. You’ll work in a team that helps make sure all the compliance and behind the scenes administration are handled correctly - especially when someone sells, buys, remortgages, or changes ownership of their flat.

You'll be involved with:

  • Talking to solicitors and colleagues on the phone and by email
  • Preparing reports and legal certificates
  • Answering legal queries
  • Helping make sure legal records and paperwork are up to date
  • Carrying out Land Registry searches
  • Other administrative duties like: filing, scanning, reviewing documents.
  • ... plus other ad-hoc work too!...

A successful candidate for this role would have some prior experience with office administration, have a keen interest in the property sector and excellent communication skills.

Salary starts at £24,400 +benefits and has a scheduled pay rise after just 6 months!
