Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new challenge within a friendly and supportive environment? This highly regarded law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to work within the firms Wills & Trust department to provide secretarial and administrative support to the team on a day to day basis.

The firm have a genuine interest in providing a great working environment and this role will be working with a team that specialises in protecting the assets and wealth of high-net-worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts and by the preparation of tax efficient wills.

  • Typing of general correspondence
  • General administration support
  • Managing fee earners diaries
  • Providing clients with updates
  • Opening, updating and closing files on the case management system
  • Travel arrangements
  • Photocopying, filing and scanning
