Residential Conveyancing Paralegal at a reputable Shropshire law firm! 

Due to continued growth, this well-respected law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its thriving team!

Role Overview:

As a Residential Conveyancing paralegal, you will support fee earners within the department on all aspects of their diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.

Person Overview:

Our client is seeking a conveyancing paralegal with at least 12 months experience supporting within conveyancing and within a paralegal capacity. You will have had exposure to sales, purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
