- Leading a team of Legal Assistants, managing their performance, carrying out 1-2-1s, appraisals etc
- Delivery of training and guidance
- Oversee, track and monitor workflows in line with KPIs.
- Support the Department Head with the management and approval of the holiday booking process as required.
- Experience in a high-level administrative support role (such as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal)
- Demonstrable experience team leadership and management (essential)
- Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapts style and able to confidently communicate with a wide range of people.
- Willingness to work across other departments and travel to other locations on occasion to assist with cover.
