Team Leader – Legal SupportFull Time, 12-month FTC£28,067Shropshire / North Wales Hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 in the office)Flexible hours An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a recognised Chambers UK and Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales. This is an exciting new role that will work closely with all areas of the Legal Support Services and link with other key areas of the business including Compliance, Systems, IT and Learning & Development. The ideal candidate should have experience providing support and guidance to others in a team leader or similar capacity. Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Support the firm’s approach to talent management, pipeline, career progression and opportunities for personal development within the Legal Support Assistant structure.
  • Leading a team of Legal Assistants, managing their performance, carrying out 1-2-1s, appraisals etc
  • Delivery of training and guidance
  • Oversee, track and monitor workflows in line with KPIs.
  • Support the Department Head with the management and approval of the holiday booking process as required.
 What we need from you:
  • Experience in a high-level administrative support role (such as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal)
  • Demonstrable experience team leadership and management (essential)
  • Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapts style and able to confidently communicate with a wide range of people.
  • Willingness to work across other departments and travel to other locations on occasion to assist with cover.
