Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a IFA Administrator near Shrewsbury to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.

This company ensure their clients make sense of their options and ensure they have security as well as freedom. They are an ethical financial planning company and have their clients at the forefront of what they do.

They are currently looking to bring on an IFA Administrator to join their existing team in their office in Shrewsbury due to continued success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity and new challenge for an experienced IFA Administrator, to join a well-established financial planning practice.

Duties as an IFA Administrator will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Preparing client packs for annual planning meetings, new client meetings etc.
  • Processing new business
  • Answering calls and dealing with third-party queries
  • Preparing valuations and contacting providers for updated
  • Updating the CRM
  • File preparation and filing
  • And much more

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, ideally in a Wealth Management practice
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent telephone manner
