I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager for an ongoing civils and construction scheme being delivered for a valued client.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the Project manager.
- Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
- Site supervision of direct labour and subcontractor labour.
- RAMS.
- Raising permits.
- Record keeping.
- Task briefings.
- Health and safety compliance.
- Liaising with the client and local authorities.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or above.
- CSCS - Gold/ Black.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- TWS/ TWC - Desirable.
- Previous experience working with RC works and civils.
- Full UK driving licence.
