Your new companyHays are working with a reputable business in Shrewsbury who are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role with room for growth. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company's products, services, and brand. The goal is to enhance customer engagement, increase web traffic, and achieve our business objectives through innovative digital strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to develop and execute marketing plans that drive measurable growth and successYour new roleAs a Digital Marketing Administrator your role will involve:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • With the Marketing Communications Manager create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree and professional qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing desirable.
  • Experience of Saleforce CRM and Account Engagement Software desirable.
  • Experience of Google Adwords, Google Analytics required.
  • Experience and understanding of the measurement and review of product category profitability and performance.
  • Experience and understanding of implementing digital marketing campaigns and the review and measure of campaign success
  • Experience working with Adobe creative suite or Canva desirable.
